1. About us
These terms are between you and [Registered company name] (org. no. [000000-0000]), [Street address, postcode] Stockholm, Sweden ("we", "us"). A written quote or contract signed by both parties takes priority over these terms where they differ.
2. Quotes and scope
Every engagement starts with a written quote that sets out the scope, price, timeline and what we need from you. Quotes are valid for 30 days. Work outside the agreed scope is quoted separately before we start it.
3. Prices and payment
- Prices are in euro and exclude VAT unless stated.
- Fixed-price offers under €1,000 are invoiced when delivered.
- Larger fixed-price projects are invoiced 50% at the start and 50% on delivery, unless the quote says otherwise.
- Contract and retainer work is invoiced monthly in advance.
- Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payments may carry interest under applicable law.
4. Your responsibilities
You give us the access, information and decisions we need on time. Delays on your side may move the timeline. You confirm you have the right to give us access to the systems and data involved.
5. Ownership
When you have paid in full, you own the code, configuration and documents we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our general know-how, tools and templates that existed before the project or are not specific to you, and you get a permanent licence to use any of them included in your deliverables.
6. Accounts and third-party services
Cloud, hosting and software accounts are set up in your name and paid by you. We are not responsible for outages, price changes or terms of third-party providers such as AWS, Supabase, Lovable or Vercel.
7. Confidentiality
We keep your confidential information private and use it only to deliver the work. This continues after the engagement ends. We will not name you as a client or publish a case study without your written permission.
8. Fixes after delivery
If something we delivered does not work as agreed, tell us within 30 days of delivery and we will fix it at no cost. This does not cover changes you or others make afterwards, or problems caused by third-party services.
9. Liability
Our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees you paid for that engagement. We are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit, lost data or lost business. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. You are responsible for keeping backups of your own data.
10. Ending the work
Either party may end a contract or retainer with 30 days' written notice. Either party may end any engagement immediately if the other seriously breaches these terms and does not fix it within 14 days of notice. You pay for work done up to the end date.
11. Using this website

12. Law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swedish law. Disputes are settled by the Stockholm District Court (Stockholms tingsrätt) as first instance, unless mandatory consumer law gives you another option.
